The name Fabal is derived from the Latin word ‘Faber’ meaning ‘the human being as the maker or creator – a craftsperson or artisan’. This classic English lager is about luxury that doesn’t cost the earth and embedded in the fabric of everything we do, is the traditional makers’ ethos of ‘do it once and do it well’.
Here at Fabal, we know our grains to our grist and in seeking to create the ultimate, artisanal, English Lager we use an innovative blend of pressed and malted barleys for a delicate balance of malt sweetness and malt dryness.
That means that while we will never scrimp on the quality of our ingredients, we respect our environment and through recycling, repurposing and mindful sourcing, we produce our beers sustainably. Fabal is created in its totality from only English ingredients and suppliers, including Archer hops from Worcestershire, malted barley from the Warminster Malt Loft and pressed barley and glass from Yorkshire.
We are delighted to be supporting Art Academy London and their Graduate showcases, bringing together the craft of brewing with the incredible craft of the students work on display.
