From the innovator, Brunelleschi to the master of illusion, Escher, perspective – one’s point of view – can be argued as the most fundamental principle of sketching. This brand new course focuses on the importance of perspective and spatial perception as the basis of realism, helping you develop and learn the laws of geometry to create form, dimension, distance and space within your works.
With a focus on producing quick freehand sketches of buildings, rooms, furniture, and stairs, using plans, elevation, and axonometric drawings, master both one and two-point perspective techniques. This course is suitable for all levels, those experienced artists who are looking to strengthen their fundamentals of drawing, as well as beginners.
