Organisational structure
The Academy is overseen by the Principal,  who reports to and consults the Trustees at trustee meetings as well as on a matters arising basis.

The trustees are also Directors of the charity for the purposes of the Companies Act 2006.

The trustees have adopted the provisions of the Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP) ‘Accounting and Reporting by Charities’ issued in March 2005.
