Shapeshifters: The Art of Reinvention

Shapeshifters brings together a group of artists who have embraced transformation, moving across disciplines, careers, and identities to pursue a deeper artistic voice.

Featuring work by Art Academy alumni Karyn Johnstone, Marina Trani, Merrie Carlton, Nicole Price, Richa Vora, Vanessa Brassey and Yin Wang, this exhibition highlights the diverse paths that lead to artistic practice. Each artist’s trajectory spans fields such as design, science, finance, fashion and scholarship, yet their works collectively testify to the power of creative evolution and personal reinvention.
