The Bankside campus has been thoughtfully designed in partnership with award winning architects Squire & Partners with artists and students in mind. Located in the cultural hub of London, just a stone’s throw from the Tate Modern and the bustling Southbank, our new campus is perfectly positioned to immerse students in the city’s rich artistic heritage whilst providing a cutting-edge environment for contemporary art practice.

Key Facilities at the new Bankside Campus:

• The Artists’ Gallery: A stunning, light-filled space dedicated to showcasing the work of our students, faculty, and visiting artists. The gallery not only serves as an exhibition space but also as an interactive environment where students can engage with art on a professional level, curate shows, and gain real-world experience in presenting their work.
• Project Space: This flexible area is designed to accommodate a wide range of creative projects, from experimental installations to collaborative workshops. • Auditorium: Our new auditorium is a multi-functional space equipped with the latest technology, perfect for hosting artist talks, film screenings, panel discussions, and more. At Bankside, we run a wide variety of courses designed to cater to different levels and artistic interests. Whether you’re looking to start your journey in art with our Drawing for Beginners course or another of our many evening and weekend course, study one day a week for two years on our Certificate programme or join our Foundation year or one of our two BA degree programmes (either full time or part time), the Bankside campus offers the perfect setting for your artistic endeavours.

The campus is fully equipped to host a variety of events, from book launches and film nights to conferences and panel discussions. • Book Launches: Our gallery and project spaces offer the perfect backdrop for book launches, where authors and artists can engage with the public in an intimate and creative setting.
• Film Nights: With our new auditorium, we can host film screenings followed by Q&A sessions or discussions, making it an ideal venue for film festivals or independent movie nights.
• Conferences and Panels: The state-of-the-art auditorium is also available for conferences, lectures, and panel discussions, offering a professional environment for intellectual exchange and networking within the arts community.
