The Art Academy Contemporary Portrait Painting Diploma is a full time two-year bespoke course with an average attendance of three days a week. There are components in portrait and figure painting, drawing components as well as tutored creative components. Working from a model is an integral part of the course and there is also study in art history, contextual studies, digital studies as well as professional development.
